Beginners course Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
Your first introduction to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, maybe it's even your first martial arts experience. You don't know where to start, which technique first. Should I work on my fitness first? Or should I first build muscle in the gym before starting?!
Especially for you, we now have something new. A BJJ course especially for beginners. You need no martial arts experience, no good condition and no muscles. We start together from scratch and in 4 weeks we will get you ready for a flying start to your Jiu Jitsu adventure.
You will build a solid foundation in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in a group of 20 participants 2x a week over a period of 4 weeks. You will do this together with other total beginners.
