EXPLANATION OF DIFFERENT TYPES OF CLASSES

You can choose from three different types of classes to try out as a trial class. Whether you are a complete beginner or already black belt, we have a suitable offer for everyone.

Level 1 - No-Gi Basics

No experience required

Level 1

During our No-Gi Basics Level 1 classes, we focus on the fundamental techniques of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) without Gi. This is the perfect entry-level class for beginners and those who have just completed our beginner course. Sparring is kept to a minimum, giving you a chance to master the fundamentals in a safe and structured way. We focus on developing a strong understanding of basic techniques and movements, which is essential for your continued BJJ journey.

Level 2 - No-Gi Basics

From 1 year of experience

Level 2

In our No-Gi Basics Level 2 classes, we build on the foundation you laid in Level 1. Here we go deeper into the techniques and strategies, with more focus on sparring and application in realistic scenarios. These classes are designed to further develop your skills and prepare you for the more advanced classes. You will have the opportunity to refine and expand on the techniques from Level 1, while also learning new techniques and combinations. This level is ideal for those who are comfortable with the basics and ready for the next step in their BJJ development.

Mixed Levels Gi/No-Gi

From 2 years of experience
No-Gi Mixed Levels classes are designed for practitioners of all levels, from beginners to advanced. In these classes, the entire group trains together, teaching the same techniques but with variations adapted to each person's level. Beginners are taught a simpler version of the technique, while advanced students are challenged with more complex versions. This provides a dynamic learning environment where everyone can develop at their own pace. Whether you are just starting out or already advanced, this class offers a great opportunity to train together and further refine your skills. This class is offered with both Gi and No-Gi, so you can choose which form suits you best.

Wrestling

No experience required

Wrestling

During our Wrestling classes you will learn techniques to get your opponent to the ground. We use techniques from different wrestling styles as well as Judo and Sambo.

Lunch Class - No-Gi

No experience required

Lunch Class

Combining techniques from both Level 1 and Level 2, our LunchClass is a perfect way to break up your day or schedule a workout before your workday begins. During this class we work on fundamental BJJ techniques, with a different theme each month and a focus on a specific position.
