FAQ

Gi BJJ is practiced with a traditional jiu jitsu suit (Gi), in which you can use techniques and grips specific to the Gi. No-Gi BJJ is practiced without a Gi, usually in athletic clothing such as rashguards and shorts. In No-Gi, the emphasis is more on speed and athletic ability, while Gi BJJ often places more emphasis on technique and grip.

For Gi classes, you need a Gi (Brazilian Jiu Jitsu suit), consisting of a jacket, pants and a white belt. For No-Gi classes, you usually wear a rashguard and shorts. Make sure your clothing fits well and is suitable for intensive training. For both types of classes, it is also recommended that you bring a water bottle and flip-flops.

If you are new to BJJ, we recommend starting with our Beginner course. This course is designed to give you a solid foundation in BJJ, regardless of your current fitness level or experience. After the course, you can move on to our No-Gi Basics and Gi classes, depending on your preference.

You can easily change your subscription by sending us an email send, we will then convert your subscription as of the next opportunity.

Our Gi and No-Gi classes are offered daily. You can choose from several classes per week, depending on your schedule and preference. Check our class schedule on the website for specific times and days.

You can sign up for a membership through our website. Go to the 'Subscriptions' section and choose the subscription that suits you and click sign up.
