Level 1 - No-Gi Basics

During our No-Gi Basics Level 1 classes, we focus on the fundamental techniques of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) without Gi. This is the perfect entry-level class for beginners and those who have just completed our beginner course. Sparring is kept to a minimum, giving you a chance to master the fundamentals in a safe and structured way. We focus on developing a strong understanding of basic techniques and movements, which is essential for your continued BJJ journey.

Level 2 - No-Gi Basics

In our No-Gi Basics Level 2 classes, we build on the foundation you laid in Level 1. Here we go deeper into the techniques and strategies, with more focus on sparring and application in realistic scenarios. These classes are designed to further develop your skills and prepare you for the more advanced classes. You will have the opportunity to refine and expand on the techniques from Level 1, while also learning new techniques and combinations. This level is ideal for those who are comfortable with the basics and ready for the next step in their BJJ development.

Mixed Levels Gi/No-Gi

No-Gi Mixed Levels classes are designed for practitioners of all levels, from beginners to advanced. In these classes, the entire group trains together, teaching the same techniques but with variations adapted to each person's level. Beginners are taught a simpler version of the technique, while advanced students are challenged with more complex versions. This provides a dynamic learning environment where everyone can develop at their own pace. Whether you are just starting out or already advanced, this class offers a great opportunity to train together and further refine your skills. This class is offered with both Gi and No-Gi, so you can choose which form suits you best.

Open Gym and Open Mat

Our strength room can be used during our classes. During our open mat we meet to practice techniques or extra rounds of sparring it is thus a free training where you decide what you want to work on. Both the open mat and the open gym are free for members and will not be deducted from your credits.

BJJ KickStart course

Your first introduction to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, maybe it's even your first martial arts experience. You don't know where to start, which technique first. Should I work on my fitness first? Or should I first build muscle in the gym before starting?! Especially for you we have our Kickstart course BJJ. Every week we give this course on several moments. You can join every week.

Wrestling

During our Wrestling classes you will learn techniques to get your opponent to the ground. We use techniques from different wrestling styles as well as Judo and Sambo.

Elevation Boxing

At Elevation Boxing we offer (kick) boxing classes suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced. As a member of Elevation BJJ, you can participate in these classes at no additional cost, varying your training and developing new skills. Our boxing classes consist of technical drills, pad work, fitness training and controlled sparring sessions. It's the perfect way to improve your fitness, refine your punches and try something new.
