Je proefles aanvraag is gelukt!!

We vinden het ontzettend leuk dat je hebt besloten om een keer met ons mee te trainen. Als het je eerste kennismaking is met BJJ, maak je dan vooral niet druk. We beginnen met een warming up en daarna gaan we in tweetallen een aantal technieken oefenen. Vervolgens doen we in het laatste deel van de training positioneel sparren. We gaan dan de eerder geleerde technieken testen in een live situatie.

Sparren hoeft niet direct bij je eerste training, als je liever nog even wil kijken naar hoe de rest het doet dan is dat helemaal prima.

Binnen enkele ogenblikken ontvang je per email een bevestiging van je inschrijving en nog wat praktische informatie.

Mocht je onverhoopt toch niet kunnen of je wil de les om boeken. Dan kun je deze les annuleren door te reageren op de bevestiging die je zojuist hebt ontvangen. Vervolgens kun je opnieuw een proefles inplannen op onze website.

Your trial class request was successful!!

We are very happy that you have decided to train with us. If it’s your first encounter with BJJ, don’t worry. We start with a warm up and then we will practice a number of techniques in pairs. Then we do positional sparring in the last part of the training. We will then test the previously learned techniques in a live situation.

Sparring does not have to be done immediately during your first training, if you would rather take a look at how the rest is doing, that is completely fine.

Within a few moments you will receive an email confirmation of your registration and some practical information.

In the unlikely event that you are unable to attend or you want to reschedule the lesson. Then you can cancel this lesson by responding to the confirmation you just received. You can then schedule another trial lesson on our website.
