In our No-Gi Basics classes, we focus on the fundamental techniques of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, with sparring kept to a minimum. These classes are particularly suited for beginners who are new to BJJ or those who have just completed our beginner's course. The emphasis is on building a strong foundation in the basic movements and concepts of No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu.
No-Gi Basics - Level 2
The No-Gi Basics Level 2 classes are designed to bridge the gap between beginner and intermediate levels. In these sessions, students build on the foundational techniques learned in Level 1 by adding more advanced concepts and introducing controlled sparring. This level prepares students for more dynamic and challenging situations, helping them to develop greater technical proficiency and confidence on the mat.
Mixed Levels Gi/No-Gi
No-Gi Mixed Levels classes are designed for practitioners of all skill levels, from beginners to advanced students. In these sessions, the entire group trains together, with the same techniques being taught to everyone. However, variations are provided to match each student’s experience level. Beginners will work on a simpler version of the technique, while advanced practitioners are challenged with more complex variations. This creates a dynamic learning environment where everyone can progress at their own pace. These classes are offered both with and without the Gi, allowing you to choose the format that best suits your training goals.
Open Gym and Open Mat
Every day during our regular classes members can use our strength area.
During our open mat we come together to practice techniques or sparring extra rounds.
Both the open mat and the open gym are free for members and do not deduct from your credits.
Wrestling
During our Wrestling lessons you will learn techniques to get your opponent to the ground. We use techniques from different wrestling styles, but also Judo and Sambo.
